We know people in Karachi have busy routines, unreliable electricity at times, water shortages, and often limited time to manage household laundry. So here’s a list of the most common questions people ask us and the answers you might need to know before scheduling your first pickup.
How does Bubbles Laundry work?
We pick up your laundry from your doorstep, clean, dry, and fold it professionally, and deliver it back to you — all within 48 to 72 hours.
What areas in Karachi do you cover?
We provide service across Gulistan-e-Johar only. We’re not providing any services to other areas for now.
What are your charges per item?
Our prices start at just Rs. 31 per piece. With a subscription plan, you can get your laundry done for as low as Rs. 23 per piece.
Is there any minimum order requirement?
Yes, the minimum order value for free pickup and delivery is Rs. 300.
What kind of clothes do you accept?
We take all kinds. That includes daily wear, office clothes, bed sheets, towels, uniforms, kids’ clothes, and more. Special care is taken for delicate fabrics.
Do you also offer ironing or only washing?
Yes, we offer ironing in our complete package. Normal package only includes wash, dry, and fold.
How can I schedule a pickup?
You can schedule from our website, or through WhatsApp. Just share your location, preferred time slot, your full name, email, phone number, and we’ll handle the rest.
How long does it take to get my clothes back?
Standard delivery is within 48 to 72 hours. We also offer next-day express service (additional charges will be applied).
Are my clothes safe?
Absolutely! Clothes are washed and handled individually in hygienic conditions. Each order is tagged and separated to avoid mix ups.
What happens if my clothes get damaged or lost?
We have strict quality checks, but in very rare cases, if there’s any issue, we’ll compensate fairly as per our service policy.
